Club Lore

Every club worth joining collects nicknames, and twenty seasons of results sheets read like a locker-room wall: Gary “Fireball” Kennedy (also “Part Time” — whose “Full Time winning bag” took Logan Martin in 2023) · Antonio “Ned Rig” Ridgeway · John “Fish Whisperer” Meier, serial winner on his home lake Allatoona · Robert “Not Soho” Soha · and the 2021 “Dream Team” of Ridgeway & Burdette at Nickajack. The 2020 season survived two pandemic cancellations; the club fished on. Lanier is the most-visited water in club history (23 tournaments), with Weiss (18), Allatoona and Logan Martin (16 each) close behind.
